Warren Buffett talks about looking at the qualities people have that makes you like/admire them. You should then adopting those qualities and living your life by them. He also points out that you should look at the qualities people have that makes you not like them and see if you have any of those qualities. If you have any of those qualities, remove them.
You should look for people with the three following qualities:
1. Intelligence
2. Initiative
3. Integrity
If they don’t have Integrity, but they have Intelligence and Initiative, it’ll kill you. If you have to deal with someone without Integrity, you want them to be lazy and dumb.
